Operation Components - Failed to Price with Error Message
On operation pricing components, in the ‘Charge Options’ is a setting that will force the quote to fail to price if this particular component record is used in a quote calculation.
This option is available on all operation types except for ‘Extras’.
When this component record is used in a quote,
the quote will not price and the value contained in the ’Description 1’ field is copied to the error message in the quote.
In the component records below, the restriction is based on the number of kinds.
One kind will price while two or more kinds will fail to price and throw the following error message:

Please Note: This message is visible on Custom Quoting only. In Quick Quoting your message will read Failed to get price for product.
