LABELS - Generate Labels

SHIPPING LABELS

 

To create labels within IQ, from the job bag, click the ‘Labels’ icon:

 

 

 

Or from the ‘Job Details’ page:

 

 

The ‘Generate Labels’ dropdown will show. We have two versions of the labels:

TYPE A:

 

 

 

TYPE B:

 

 

 

Enter the box data:

 

 

 

Click to select ‘Component or Addressed’ labels:

 

 

 

This will create the labels as below:

 

 

 

Now click the ‘Package’ button:

 

 

 

You can name the ‘Package’ and ‘click’ the items to the left to add them to the package:

 

Once the items are part of the package, select ‘Addressed’ from the dropdown:

 

 

 

This makes an addressed carton label:

 

 

 

Now, select ‘Generate Consignment’:

 

 

The consignment screen will show. Click the label to move it to the consignment:

 

 

 

Click the ‘Print’ option to product a delivery docket:

 

 

TYPE A LABELS

They type A label works differently:

 

 

 

Here you first enter the number of labels required:

 

 

Enter the quantity per box and the weight per box. Then select either a component or addressed label:
