FREIGHT - TIG Integration - Workflow

QUOTE STAGE:

When IQ is linked to your TIG account, you will see any TIG freight options in the ‘Delivery Method’ list along with any standard options like pickup and custom:

**Note: We pass the weight and dimensions through to TIG for price generation**

For TIG freight pricing, we can now add in a Minimum Charge for each delivery type managed by TIG.

The minimum charge is currently set within the database itself.

Please contact your Product Support Representative to arrange setting up TIG Minimum charges if required.

JOB STAGE:
At the dispatch stage on a job, click ‘Create Consignment’:

Enter the number of boxes and ‘Create Consignment’.
**You can also opt to ‘package’ the individual boxes into a single package:

This links to TIG and creates a consignment.

Click ‘Print Consignment’:

This creates a label you can print and attach to the job:

You can delete the consignment if it is within the allowed time limit allowed by the supplier:

If it is outside this time limit, IQ will not allow you to delete and you will have to cancel directly with the supplier and then create a new consignment.

***We can change a setting to either have IQ auto update the dispatch status to ‘Dispatched’ or leave it to be manually updated.

***On first use, please test using the TIG ‘Open Freight’ portal that the consignment passed through to their system and when you delete a consignment in IQ that it also deletes in TIG.

You can add multiple jobs to a single consignment to the same address by multi-selecting from the ‘Dispatch Board’:

ADVANCED OPTIONS FOR LABELLING

You can edit the specs attached to each box label under the ‘Create Consignment (Advanced)’ tab if required.
This allows you to generate the labels and edit prior to generating the consignment in TIG.
Instead of clicking on the green ‘Create Consignment’ option, click on the blue ‘Dispatch’ button.
A dropdown will show. Select the ‘Create Consignment (Advanced) option:

Confirm the number of boxes and click ‘Create labels & Consignment’:

You will see the labels are created but the ‘connote’ has not yet been generated:

Click on the label tab icon to access the edit options:

Here you can edit the weight, width, height and depth of the carton for each label:

Once updated you can print the labels and generate the consignment (Connote):

TIG PORTAL
You can see the consignments created in IQ show in the TOG Open Freight portal under the ‘Manifestable Consignments’ tab:
