Managing the Product Range Catalogue

For common products and items that you sell to all customers or items that are customer specific, these can be created in many different formats.

They include:
- IQStore Items (Pick & Pack style items. Requires IQstore Module)
- Product Range Items (Catalogue based items that include artwork for reordering for a ‘range’. eg, labels)
- SPC [Single Product Creation] items (Quick order items with a fixed production path. Can also have artwork linked)
- Static Quantity kits (Fixed qty kits)
- Variable Quantity kits

These can all be managed and ordered from the ‘Product Catalogue’ board.



At the top of the screen are filters used to view the different types of products along with a ‘Search’ bar and an option to show/hide any inactive items:

With no customer selected, you will see all items in the catalogue. You can select a customer to filter out any items not orderable by that customer:

 

When no customer is selected, under the ‘Eyeglass’ icon you will only see an ‘Edit’ option’:

Depending on the type of item, it will take you to that item types edit screen where any changes/updates can be made:

With a customer selected, you will have additional option such as ordering the item against a new or existing quote or filtering to see related quotes and jobs. You can also print out an items ‘Specification’ sheet:

The board can alco be customised to show/hide various columns:
