Quotes - View Quotes Board (BETA)

VIEW QUOTES BOARD

The Quotes Board is accessed through ‘Quoting’ header under ‘View Quotes’:

The ‘Quotes’ board displays all quotes in the system according to options and filters selected: 

BOARD FILTERS

Customers

A customer record can be selected to display only quotes for the selected customer record:

Place your cursor over the ‘i’ icon next to the customer’s name to see a snapshot of the customer's details including their ‘last 5 quotes’.

These quotes can be accessed by clicking on the quote numbers in the Customer Details box:

Search Option Bar

The option bar contains the following:

VIEW – This is set to display the ‘Last 50 quotes’ by default:

A dropdown list also contains access to other quick filter options such as ‘Previous Day, Week, Month’ and there is also :

ACCOUNT MANAGER – Allows filtering to specific customer assigned ‘Account Managers’.

FIND QUOTE – Enter a quote number to search on:

FILTER FUNNEL – Click the filter icon to open the ability to filter quotes based on their ‘status’:

The bar below has the following options:

MY QUOTES ONLY – Filter to quotes created by ‘you’ (the user account used to log in).

LOCKED QUOTES ONLY – Filter to display only quotes that have been set to ‘Locked’ so no alterations can be made:

 

HIDDEN QUOTES ONLY – Filter to display only quotes that have been set to ‘Hidden’ (these are hidden for customer view if they have customer based access to printIQ):

NOTE: The blue icon shows when the quote contains an open 'Request for Quote' item:

TEXT SEARCH – Enter text to search on. This can be used to search text in all columns:

CUSTOM COLUMNS – The board can be configured at an individual ‘user’ level to display the columns you require. From the ‘Change column visibility’ button, a dropdown displays that you can configure what columns to add or hide from the board:

WIDE BOARD VIEW – There is an option at the bottom of the list to switch the view from the standard width view to a full-width view.  Selecting the ‘Wide Board View’ will spread the columns out to utilize the full width of the screen:

MANAGE DEFAULT VIEW – This option lets you change the default view of the board for all users or ‘Restore to factory defaults':

QUOTE ITEMS AND SUB QUOTES BOARD

Each quote line has a '+' option as the first column:

This is an expander to display all the items contained within the quote. Click the '+' to expand. This is called the 'Sub Quotes Board':

Click on the title to open into any of the selected items:

The columns displayed in the 'Sub Quotes Board' can be controlled. 
To access the 'Sub Quotes Board', in the header search bar, type 'Sub'. In the displayed list, click on Sub Quotes Board:

This will open the below screen:

You need to enter a existing quote number to load the columns so you can get a visual view of what the board will look like. From here you can click the 

Next click the column selector to select what columns you want to show:

QUOTE "Magnifying Glass" OPTIONS

Each quote has an ‘Eyeglass’ icon net to it. Clicking it displays various options. These can change depending on the status of a quote - In Process/Printed/Awaiting Acceptance:

Accepted

Rejected

Awaiting Approval
