Production Boards – Job order drag & drop

Introduction

On both the Pre-Production and the Production boards, the user can move the job order one by one or by multi-selection via the checkboxes.

Job Order Drag & Drop

One by One

By clicking and holding on jobs ‘arrows’ icon


You can drag and drop the job into a different production order from the default:



Here we move job J000607 to the top of the list:



Multi Select

Users can move multiple jobs at once by clicking the checkboxes against the required jobs and then moving as a group:



The hover will change to display the number of the jobs being moved:



Click once you have the required position and the screen will update with the new order:



You cannot move non-priority jobs above a priority job. Movement is confined to the same priority group
