Customise your Production, Pre-Production, and All Job boards

Introduction

The printIQ ‘All Jobs’, ‘Pre-Production’ & ‘Production’ boards can be configured at a user level on a tab-by-tab basis to display the columns options as you require.
For example, on the Production board the ‘Printing’ department tab can be configured to display different columns from the ‘Finishing’ department tabs.
The below screen shows the default display that includes the customer’s name and icon sets such as proofing and job progress:

For the printer, they may not be interested in the above columns filling their board.
They are more interested in the size of the stock they need to print on and the print quantity per run.
The screen can be changed to display the different columns:

This can all be configured on an individual user level against each tab.
Next to the ‘Search’ bar is a cog icon:

Click on the cog to display a list of all available columns for the board you are viewing:

Using the checkboxes, turn on/off columns as required:

The display will update in real time as you make selections.
The selections made are auto saved to your user making the screens open to the same selection each time.
The ‘RESET’ option can be used to revert the display to the default settings:

At the bottom of the list is a ‘Manage Default View’ button:

*NOTE that the user must have an ‘Admin’ role to access and save the ‘Manage Default View’.
*Saving a default view applies this as the ‘Reset’ default for all users.

Clicking this will open a dropdown where you can save the current configuration as your ‘Reset’ default:

*Turn on ‘Reset to factory default’ to wipe the custom default reset and use the printIQ defaults
*NOTE that all settings and defaults are set at a tab-by tab level. This allows for unique defaults and resets for each tab
