Setting Up Infigo Integration with printIQ

Summary

This article outlines the steps required to configure your Infigo platform to integrate with printIQ. Most of the setup is performed within the Infigo environment.

NotesNote: The printIQ team does not manage the Infigo-side configuration. Please consult Infigo support for assistance with any steps outlined below.
Steps to Configure Infigo for printIQ Integration


1. Activate the printIQ Plugin

  • Go to the MIS Plugins section in your Infigo admin panel.

  • Ensure the printIQ plugin is enabled under Enabled MIS Plugins.


2. Configure the Connection

  • Input Credentials:
    You will receive the necessary API credentials from printIQ via a separate email.

  • Verify Connection:
    Use the Check Connection option in Infigo to confirm that the API credentials are working and the integration is active.


3. Customer Mapping

  • Link each Infigo customer to its corresponding Customer Code from printIQ.


4. Product Mapping

  • Map each product in Infigo to its matching Product Code in printIQ.


5. Shipping Option Mapping & Product Sync

  • Once Infigo provides the API POST endpoint, printIQ will set up webhook subscriptions to sync product and shipping data automatically.
