Quote Product Re-ordering

Items on a quote can be reordered to display in a preferred order rather than the order they were quoted.
When there is more than one item on a quote, a reorder button will display on the Order Details/Checkout screen.
The Reorder buttons will only appear on quotes that have not been accepted and will only be visible to staff users.

When a product has an edit/pencil icon next to it, reorder will appear at the bottom of this list:

A ‘Reorder’ button will also display at the bottom of the Order Details screen:

When the Reorder button is clicked, a modal will appear on the screen displaying a list of items on the quote:

Items can be reordered by clicking and dragging the arrows next to each item. As the arrows indicate, they can be moved vertically to specify the new order of items:

Once saved, the screen will reload and the order set in the Reorder modal will be applied to the items in the cart:

Clicking 'Cancel' in the Reorder modal will close and reset the modal, without reloading the screen or making any changes to the order of quote items.

Quote letter templates created through the PDF template creator will reflect this ordering.

Quote Product Numbering

Automatic quote product numbering provides automatic numbering of products held in the cart. When enabled, cart numbering is applied in ascending order from the first product in the cart through to the last. This automatically provides an easy identifier to the products in the cart.

Product Numbering can be enabled / disabled through  Admin -> Customise -> Settings -> Shopping Cart:

Cart numbering is always in ascending order within the cart:

Product numbering refers to the products position within the cart and does not ‘move’ with the product if the products’ order within the cart is changed.
