Transfer of Stock

 

In IQ, you can transfer stock from one item to another.


From the ‘Inventory’ board, click the action list dropdown and choose ‘Item Transfer’:

 


 

 

A dropdown will show with the transfer options:

 


 

 

Fill out the details:

 


 

 

The stock is now transferred from the original item to the new item:

 


 

 

TRANSFERRING STOCK WHEN ORDERING

From within a job that you need to order stock from, go to the ‘Stock Pick’ screen:


 

Click the ‘Create PO’ button:

 


 

You can also select the ‘transfer’ at the time of ordering the stock.

 


 

 

You can select the item the stock will be receipted into when the stock arrives:
