Quotes - Target price override ft2/m2

When quoting custom, simplified and IQStore products or sales items, there are options to override pricing at a product level. One of these options is sqft / sqm override.

Alert
This option is not available for Kits

This can be accessed for each product on the Order Details / Checkout screen and can be applied to the price including or excluding tax:

Custom Quoting

After pricing a custom quote, the total area of the section and the product, displays in the ‘Printing’ section of the pricing grid:

The displayed size for ‘Printed Finished Area’ refers to the total area for the quantity quoted.

An option to override the calculated price displays at the bottom of the quote details screen under Cost and Sell pricing override options:

A price per sqft or sqm can be entered here and the system will calculate the price accordingly, overriding the previous calculation.

Simplified Quoting

In Simplified quoting, the option to override pricing can be accessed under Reseller Options or by going into the ‘View Pricing Details’ screen:

The Pricing Grid and the Pricing Summary are available on this screen for sections and total printed area of products, as well as the same options to override pricing:

Sales Items

For Sales Items, the area calculation in sqft / sqm is based on the dimensions set on the IQstore Item Details screen:

On quoting, the price override needs to be set on the Order Details/Checkout screen:

Similar to custom or simplified products, overrides can be applied to the price including or excluding tax.
