SIMPLIFIED CSV - Option 2 - Pricing over 30 price breaks

SIMPLIFIED CSV - Option 2 - Pricing over 30 price breaks

SIMPLIFIED CSV - Pricing over 30 price breaks

In the following example, we need to upload pricing in excess of the ’x30 pricing maximum’ you can have in the standard ‘CSV’ upload.

NOTE: This option is best to use only when multiple 'sections' are required like on bookwork with a text and cover. For single section work, the best option is:

SIMPLIFIED CSV - Option 4 - Flat Sheeting Pricing + Extras

In this example we have the following pricing to enter for A1 and A0 posters:

Print A1 - Price Grid - 1-25 $30 / 25-50 $25 / 50-100  $22.5 /  100 - $20

Delivery AUS $22.5 each shipment

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Print A0 - Price Grid - 1-25 $60 / 25-50 $50 / 50-100  $45 /  100 - $40

Delivery AUS $32.5 each shipment

First, once the node is made, we download the 'Product CSV' to do this select the 'Download' button directly below 'Download Product Template CSV'. To do this go to the "Upload Factory Capabilities' page:

The ‘csv’ looks like this:

We have included the delivery cost into the final cost for x1 product only.

This makes the final price of x1 poster delivered: A1 - $52.50 and A0 - $92.50

We now download the Pricing CSV, click the 'Download' button directly below 'Download Pricing Template CSV':

The ‘csv’ looks like this:

Example spreadsheet

This spreadsheet includes:

Column A7 : The quantity (1) and the amount of Kinds (*1)
Column B5: The Product code from column C in the Product CSV
Column B6: The required price list
Column B7 onwards: Each price for each qunatity

Now we need to upload both of the spreadsheets, load each of the CSVs into their respective sections and click the 'Import' button (Note: the system will display any errors found, fix them and repeat the above)

Click the 'Create Products' button :

Then the 'View Created Products' button:

The below page opens, make sure you activate your new products by ticking them and selecting the 'Activate Draft Products' above:

Now clear the 'Cache' and test the pricing. Note: if you need to change the pricing make sure that you do this by 'Modifying Existing Capabilities'
