If a date has been entered in the Customer Requested field on a quoted product, this date can be copied over to the job due date field on quote acceptance:






This functionality is controlled by a back-end system setting called ‘Set Job Due Date to Customer Requested Date’.

The setting ‘Set Job Due Date to Customer Requested Date’ can only be accessed by printIQ support staff.

Default Due and Customer Requested Time

A default due time can also be set. This can be set at a global level and is useful if the due time on most jobs is usually the same.

This setting will pre-populate the time on the customer requested field on a quote and will also pre-populate the job due time on quote acceptance:





This functionality is controlled by a separate back-end setting called ‘Default Due and Customer Requested Time’.

The setting ‘Default Due and Customer Requested Time’ can only be accessed by printIQ support staff.
