IQstore Admin

Under ‘IQStore Admin’ you can do various tasks such as create new IQStore items, adjust stock levels and create new tags and item types.

To enter click onto Admin under the ‘IQStore’ heading. From here you can see a list of all the IQStore Items that have been created:



You can ‘Create a new item’ (see online training document Sales > Creating a Sales Item for details on this).


You can click the ‘eyeglass’ to open up the Item Details screen for an existing product:    

 

In the Item Details screen existing product details can be modified:



Click the ‘down arrow’ next to the magnifying glass to access the ‘Adjustment’ button:

 


 

Here you can adjust the ‘Quantity on Hand’:

 


 

Under ‘Tags’ you can create and delete tags or keywords, which are used to identify and help search for items. To add a new tag, type the tag name into the text box and click 'Add', or press the enter key. To remove a tag, click the 'x' to the right of the tag in the list. A warning will show if you are removing a tag that is currently on one or more items. This tag will be removed if the OK button on the warning modal is clicked.



  

Under the ‘Item Types’ tab you can add and delete item types:
