SIMPLIFIED QUOTING
There are three ways to produce quotes in PrintIQ:
‘Simplified’ is a very simple, straightforward process with very few options. This will be the main quoting method used by customers and Account Managers and Customer for ‘catalogue’ work.
You select a product from the pre-configured options (you can add custom icons to this screen):
Then select from a pre-defined selection of stocks, colour combinations, size and finishes.
Fill out the required fields to produce the finished job:
Once complete click ‘Search’ to calculate a price. Here you will see additional information such as freight, customer details and mark-up options. You can also alter the quantity or add additional quantities.
Click ‘Proceed’ to continue.
You will then be taken directly to the ‘Accept Quote’ screen. You can print or email the quote.
Click ‘accept quote’ to continue from here.
This will take you to the online payment gateway. Enter the payment details if you have them or click ‘Pay Later’.
The quote is now turned into a job. You will see the job number shown after the quote number at the top. From this screen you can upload the files and any supporting documents.
Once the files are uploaded you will see a preview image on screen.
Click ‘Submit’ to continue (if you do not have artwork, when you click ‘Submit’ a box will show asking you to enter a reason that there is no file. You can then continue from there).
The final screen is the acceptance summary screen.
