TILED - Tiling oversized jobs

NOTE: This feature is only available within Custom Quotes

Use this feature when you have a large oversized job that requires you to print in smaller 'tiled' sections.

For example you may be asked to quote on a product that covers an area that is larger than the substrates dimensions. In our example we have a wall that measures, in total, 21,500 mm Wide X 2650 mm in Height, the Substrate we are using comes on a roll that measures 3,100 mm wide x 1000 Metres in length.

• Create the Custom Quote, as normal, by selecting the stock, print colour then entering the finished size as a Custom Size, see below:
  
  
  
• Select 'Get Price', if the finished size is greater than the stock size the 'quote' will fail to price. Don't worry, now turn on the 'Tiled' feature by selecting the orange 'Spanner' tool to the right of the Production Method within the section:
  

• The 'Advanced Production Options' modal will appear. Place a tick in the 'Tiled' function:
  

• Adjusting the tile numbers will adjust the dimensions in width & depth automatically.
  
  For example I want to print 3 tiles on the width of 21,500mm.

Now update the quote!

Multiple Sections

• Create the Custom Quote, as normal, by selecting the stock, print colour then create 3 sections. These will be used for the 3 wall sizes [if using the same substrate etc, use the duplicate section feature, to save time]:
  
  
  
• Click the spanner tool on each individual Section to display the 'Advanced Production Options' modal. Tick the 'Tiled' feature and adjust the tile amounts or the Width(mm) & Depth(mm) dimensions:
