Proofs - Reset Approval when deleting a proof

Often proof artwork can be approved but then a late change comes in from the client after the fact.
When you have a job with an approved proof that is no longer correct, click the proof icon:


From the proof details screen, click the ‘Reset Approval’ button:



You will be flagged to confirm the rest option:



This sets the proof status back to ‘Awaiting Approval’. From here you can ‘Delete & Replace’ the proof file:



You can now select new artwork to upload and resend the proof approval:
