You can customize your Production, Pre Production, and All Jobs board columns.

This board displays Jobs that are in a Production Status, from this board we can see a detailed view of each job including a real-time display of what particular status it is currently in. Directly under the far right column is the Job Progress where staff are interacting, via the job bag, each of the icons displayed will be updated accordingly.
We use traffic light colours so where an icon is Red this means it has not yet started, Orange means it is in progress and Green means it is complete. (see below No.1)
To sort your jobs by any of the Column titles, just click on the name and the board will sort accordingly. (see below No.2)
SHORTCUTS
Click on the dropdown next to the eye glass for a selection of job function shortcuts (see below No.3)
