Processes - Mapping to the press

Processes - Mapping to the press

This is where you map the previously made ‘ink processes’ (originally setup under ‘Processes’ in the ‘Inventory’ section) to each press.
This is managed from
Admin > Configure Factory > Processes.

The following box will appear:

Here you can enter all the specific process details.

Once completed, click ‘Add Process to Press’.

The process information will now be added to a list at the bottom of the screen.

For sheetwork you only need to map one side but for ‘Perfecting and Work and Turn’ you need to map both sides.

SHEETWORK Example.

PERFECTING Example.

Note for perfecting, only the first pass has a ‘1’ added. The second side has a ‘0’. This is because there is only a single pass in perfecting.

WORK & TURN Example.

Note for Work & Turn. As both passes are done separately, both front and back have a ‘1’ in the ‘Passes’ column.

For each process, you must map the ‘Inks. Click ‘Ink’ on the right of each process.

The following box will show.

For each ‘ink’ you need to add a percentage of coverage and a calculation method from the drop down boxes.

Each mapped ink will show below.

Every process must have ink quantities mapped to them.
