Payment - Credit Card Scan option on Banquest Gateway

printIQ supports the scanning of credit cards via the ‘Banquest’ gateway only.  This function is not available on the ‘Payment Express’ gateway.

Please note that this feature is only intended for use with a magnetic strip reader, we do not call on external scanning processes like a camera reader, or saved / cached card details from your web or mobile browser.

The credit card payment screen has a ‘Scan Card’ button:

Clicking will prompt you to scan the card, with this modal open you can then access the strip reader connected to your device:

Scanning will populate fields ‘Card Number, Cardholder Name and Expiration’, only fields to be keyed by user will be CVV2 and POSTCODE.
