Orders – Reorder Item / Reorder All Items
From the ‘View Orders’ screen, users can click the ‘More Details’ drop-down and select to either ‘Reorder Item’ or ‘Reorder All Items’ from the original order:
**If there is only one item in the order, then both menus above will achieve the same result.
When you select to reorder, the originating quote behind the order is versioned and the user is taken to the Checkout screen on the new quote:
In the versioning process, any products that were flagged as ‘Not Required’ are reset so that all products on the quote will be re-ordered. If any quoted product is not required, they can be excluded before completing the new quote.
Accepting the new versioned quote creates new orders and makes no changes to the original orders.
