Orders Board - Ability to display total price inclusive or exclusive of tax
Introduction
The printIQ ‘Orders’ board includes the ‘total’ cost of orders.
Based on a setting, the total cost shown can be inclusive or exclusive of tax.
The default printIQ setup is to display ‘Excluding Tax’:
Contact support if you would like the default changed to ‘Including Tax’
The setting can be overwritten at an individual customer level.
Inside the customer record, under the ‘Quoting’ section is a setting called ‘Orders board includes or excludes tax'
In this example the site is set to ‘Excluding Tax’.
However, the customer is set to show the total amount on the Orders Board including tax.

The below customer is set to display as per the site setting excluding tax.
This totals $620.96 + $26 = $646.96:
The ‘Orders’ board display the excluding tax price of $646.96:
This customer has an override to display the total including tax with the total price of $711.66:
