Guillotine Override

On occasions, you may want to remove the guillotining from a section of a quote.

You can do this by creating a 'No Guillotine' operation.

Create a new operation as a 'Section' operation and click 'ON' the checkbox for 'Suppress Guillotine':

Add a pricing component to the operation with a $0 value to complete the operation.
NOTE: Without a $ value, the operation will fail to price and error when used on a quote.

In a standard quote, IQ applied the guillotining by default with the pricing structure that has already been setup:

Now, if you want to remove the guillotine operation and costs, apply the new 'No Guillo' operation to the quote:

The original guillotine operation and costs will be replaced with the 'No Guillo' option and the price will be $0:

This 'Suppress Guillotining' option can also be applied to any operation.
For example you may have a 'Diecut' operation that you never require guillotining on when used, you can apply this option to that operation as well.
