You can add various notes to quotes and jobs in printIQ. When you click to add a note, you will see a dropdown with the following options. The main purpose of the options is to specify what department the note relates to:
A number will show letting you know how many notes have been added:
The notes will show in a list when you click on the notes button.
Click on a particular note to see the full note and to also be able to edit and add to it:
The notes will also show on the job bag for staff to see. The ‘Production Priority’ note will show in RED:
If there is a ‘Dispatch’ note, a ‘tag’ icon will show next to the ‘Dispatch’ title on the job details page:
They then just need to click the notes button the view the dispatch note:
