Modify Existing Capabilities

 

 

 

This is where you can modify or update and products quoted through ‘Simplified and Advanced’.

 

All this is managed from ‘Modify Existing Capabilities’ under ‘Factory Capabilities’ in the main heading bar.

 

 


 

 

You will see a list of all your currently setup products.

 


 


If the pricing was setup using the ‘factory components’ follow this process. Click the ‘Letterheads’ item.

 


 

 

This will take you to the selection screen. From here you can update any information and recreate the options when done.

 


 

 

You have to recreate the products for IQ to update the information.


Click the ‘Create’ button to update changes.

 


 

IMPORTANT: Always clear the system Cache after this step, if you dont have this URL saved to favourites then type in /admin/cache.aspx after the .com of your site URL EG. sitename.com/admin/cache.aspx


If the pricing was setup using the ‘csv’ file upload, follow this process.

 


 


Click ‘Edit Session’.

 


 

 

From here you can choose a new ‘csv’ file and re-import.
