Lockdown Complete or Cancelled Jobs
Within printIQ there is the capability to lock the job page if the production status is either completed or cancelled.
Once production status marked as Completed or Cancelled, Job page is locked and cannot be edited. If a completed job has not been invoiced it can still be invoiced, once the invoice is created the job fully locks.
Example of locked functions (not limited to):
- Job timing
- Notes, Question and References
- Adding New Q
- A/Tasks
- Create consignment
Any user roles who don't have the capability enabled will see the New Task button as disabled.
This setting will lock all completed or cancelled jobs unless a user with permissions enabled changes the job back to "In Progress"
IQ support staff can enable this setting for you upon request. Please advise support of which User Roles you would like to have the ability to change a job back to "In Progress".
For all other User Roles, complete or cancelled jobs will be locked for editing with no ability to change the job status.
