Within the jobs ‘Dispatch’ tab, individual deliveries contain separate date and time selectors.
This allows you to set different dates on each split or on deliveries of Proofs, Samples or Overs.
By default, the ‘Delivery Required Date’ is generated from the jobs ‘Due Date’ plus any additional days added by the freight delivery ‘days’:
In our example, freight added 4 days delivery time:
Against the delivery, if the date shows is the date it will arrive at the customers. This is shown in ‘grey’:
Here we want to set the ‘Proof’ delivery date to be well before the jobs dispatch date. Changing the date to a different date than the default date makes it now show in ‘Black’:
**Altering the jobs ‘Due Date’ after manual changes have been made to individual addresses does not alter these dates. Only date not manually changed will be updated**
You can undo and reset the date to link back to the jobs master ‘Due Date’ by opening the delivery’s required date and clicking the ‘X’:
The date will display in ‘Grey’ once again:
