YOU BUILD YOUR OWN ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

We’ve created a dynamic registration process so that you get to choose what information you collect from your customers when they register. Make it as quick or comprehensive as you like.

 

 

YOU CAN ADD MORE DETAILS USING CUSTOMER REFERENCES

When you want to add more information to the registration process, you configure them yourself using the customer references within printIQ. This allows you to add text boxes, dates and drop downs to the web registration form. Use this to offer a list of Industry types, referral options or how the customer found out about you.

 

 

VET CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY START ORDERING

 

 

• Review new registrations.
  
• Create a customer account based on the information provided, assign appropriate pricing tiers and control payment terms.
  
• Easily create and email login details to your customer once you’re ready to approve.
  
• Track the number of prices generated vs sales made.
  

From a printIQ perspective, this is what takes place as the customer uses the widgets and registers.

• A user account is configured in printIQ to operate the widgets. The user is called “WIDGET” by default but it can be any user you like.
  
• The only role this user needs is the Anonymous user role.
  
• The user called WIDGET is linked to a customer in printIQ. By default, we set this up with code WIDGET.
  
• The customer setup is important as it needs to have the right pricelists setup to control access and pricing levels for online sales
  
• Once a web registration is complete, printIQ will:
  
  • Create the new user with role of “Customer”.
    
  • Create the new customer account based on the Widget customer details. It sets the credit terms as Online Credit Card and the account is created as a Lead.
    
  • We then copy the quote that was completed from the website onto the newly created customer account
    
• The end result is that the new user is creating an order on their own customer account in printIQ. As accounts are pre pay with pricing controlled by you, the customer pays via credit ca
