GETTING WIDGETS UP ON YOUR WEB SITE IS EASY!
IQconnect SmartSite is a self-contained module that allows you to simply copy and paste a few lines of code on to your website to create a product ordering widget. Choose to display pricing on your website or have your customer first register. The SmartSite widgets are self-contained with built in API calls that allow you all the features of the printIQ simplified ordering process.
- You add the widgets with a few lines of code onto each webpage.
- You control how it looks with your website CSS.
- You configure how you want the widget to work.
- Product selections are driven straight off printIQ.
- Pricing is generated from printIQ in real time.
Please note single products and kits are not supported through the widget

THE WEB REGISTRATION PROCESS
Everyone registers before they can order so you collect essential information so you can track who’s on your site and you can follow up later. You choose whether to have them register before or after you present a price.
YOU BUILD YOUR OWN ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
We’ve created a dynamic registration process so that you get to choose what information you collect from your customers when they register. Make it as quick or comprehensive as you like.
YOU CAN ADD MORE DETAILS USING CUSTOMER REFERENCES
When you want to add more information to the registration process, you configure them yourself using the customer references within printIQ. This allows you to add text boxes, dates and drop downs to the web registration form. Use this to offer a list of Industry types, referral options or how the customer found out about you.
VET CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY START ORDERING
When this is your preference, you configure the web registration process to not auto login on completion of the registration. The customer then receives a confirmation of their registration and that you will be in touch soon.
From there, you review the registrations on the web registration workflow board.
The workflow allows you to:
- Review new registrations.
- Create a customer account based on the information provided, assign appropriate pricing tiers and control payment terms.
- Easily create and email login details to your customer once you’re ready to approve.
- Track the number of prices generated vs sales made.
