IQconnect-Enfocus SWITCH Pre-Production Details
Pre-Production Details
Once a Job enters the SWITCH automation flow, you may determine the flow status by viewing the Job’s Pre-Production Details. Navigate to the Job in question, and from a Job Details file menu, click the drop-down and choose Pre-production Details from the menu.
Alternatively, you may navigate from the Production file menu and choose the Pre-Production Board.
From the Pre-Production Board, colour icons indicate which steps of the SWITCH flow have been enabled, are waiting, have passed successfully or encountered an error. The Job will move from one tab to the next automatically, based upon completion of previous operation.
On the Pre-Production Board, click the contextual menu against any job to open the Pre Production Details.
A Jobs Pre-Production Details screen will indicate further information about each step in the SWITCH flow. Click the bar for each step to reveal particulars and even pull up the preflight report in the web browser.

Note: a proof review sequence is (generally) only accessible via email recipient hyperlink. But via a Jobs Pre-Production Details screen, you may manually pull up the soft proof review screen. Click the Details link off the Proof Sent row. The soft proof screen will allow you to review the proof, and approve or reject.
