Inventory Barcode Scanning – Sales Order Pick

Data Capture module is required to use this function.
Please contact your account manager/support team.
 
Inventory items have unique barcode labels for each size of all items.
They are prefixed with II (Inventory Item)

Locations now have barcodes on them. They are prefixed with IL (Inventory Location)
These are used within the Inventory Scanning screen for Stock Pick, Sales Order Pick, Stock Take, and Barcode Links.

Sales Order Pick Scanning

Navigate to Inventory -> Scanning
 

Select ‘Sales Order Pick from the Transaction Type selector.





To manually enter the barcodes
Click the manual scan mode.




Location and Inventory Barcodes can still be scanned using a barcode scanner while the manual scan mode is enabled.

How to: 

The example below assuming:
  1. You've generated labels for each Inventory Locations. Admin -> Inventory -> Locations.

  2. You've generated Sales Order Picking List. 

1. Scanning Location Barcode

The first entry expected on this screen is a Location.


This can be scanned in using a barcode reader or manually entered.

Alternatively you can manually entered barcode.

2. Scanning Sales Order Picking List

With the location set,
Scan the Barcode from the Picking List of the Sales Order.



The quantity of the Sales order is pre populated, confirm the Quantity,
The Sales Order is then updated to Picked.




How to generate Sales Order Picking List


1. Navigate to Sales Orders


2. Click Sales Items details
