Inks Configuration

Inks Configuration

This is where you enter details on the various ‘inks and toners’ you use on your presses. All this is managed from Admin > Configure the Factory > Inks.

The following box will appear:

Here you can enter all the specific details for each ink and toner you use.

You can enter a ‘Charge Unit’. For example if you order a spot colour you may want to charge it as a full unit as you have to order a minimum amount in.

Warning
Once you create an ink, you cannot edit the Ink Name here. It must be done in the inventory item. Click this link to see an article on inventory item types that describes how you can edit an ink name.

Once completed, click ‘Add Ink’.

The Ink will now be added to a list at the bottom of the screen.

You need to do this for all the different inks and toners you use.
