You can get a list of Quote Questions from a Quote via below end point.
api/QuoteProcess/GetQuoteQuestions

This endpoint will require:

  "RFQNo": "string",
  "QQDKey": 0
}

You can get the QQDKey from GetQuoteDetails Endpoint.
/api/QuoteProcess/GetQuoteDetails

You just need grab QQDKey from Quantities.MiddleWareProductDetail
