FAQ's How do I build an operation that excludes taxes



Some operations do not need to have tax applied, for example, Graphic Design is a service which in not taxable in certain US states.

To build the operation follow these simple steps.


Create an Operation 

1.     Make sure that the Account Revenue code attached to it is a ‘No Tax’ GL Account
2.    Make sure that the site is set to ‘Invoice by Operation Line’
3.    Make sure that the Invoice PDF report is set to Summarise Line
4.    Create Quote and test.
