Email - Proof Reminder

Functionality exists which enables a reminder email that there are proofs awaiting approval to be sent to the customer:

**The proof email can be set to send a set number of hours after the initial email is set.

Contact support if you want the setting altered. In this example we have it set to send after 1 hour**

The email template can be configured under the email template ‘Proof Reminder’:

Once the proof is uploaded and sent, the status is on ‘Awaiting Approval’:

The proof email is sent at 3:03 PM:

If the approval is not given within the pre-set time, a reminder email will be auto sent.

The below was received 1 hour after the original:
