Edit Dynamic Catalog Job

Edit Dynamic Catalog Job

Introduction

We have expanded the ability to edit a dynamic catalog product at quote and job stage.
This now includes the auto updating of all linked artwork.

Quote

Prior to a quote being accepted, edits can be made by clicking the edit option either from the item or the cart:

This opens the edit modal where qtys can be changed and additional labels added. Once the edits are made, click ‘Update’:

Job

Select the ‘Edit Job’ option.
In this example we have the 4 labels with various qtys:

From the ‘Edit Job’ screen, select ‘Create New Version’:

From the dropdown, click ‘Version’ (leave all checkboxes as they are):

Access the edit function on the versioned quote:

From the edit screen make your changes. Here I have zeroed out the qty on one item and increased the qty on others. ‘Update’ to recalculate once done:

The quote will update the items and unit rates:

Scroll down the screen and click ‘Complete Order’:

This will take you back to your job’ ‘Edit Job’ screen. You will see the ‘v2’ quote option on the screen.
Click on the ‘radio’ button to link the job to the new quote:

The ‘Confirm Production Path Change’ modal will drop:

Click ‘Confirm’ and the v2 quote is now linked:

The job details are now updated:
