-
Black Bold - Customer expected date is entered and matches or is past the set due date
-
RED BOLD - Customer expected date is set before the due date/time and requires attention
For easy reference, ‘Due Dates’ on printIQ boards are colour coded to highlight the following:

No customer expected date is set:

Display date in BLACK BOLD if:
Customer expected date is entered and matches or is past the set due date:

Display date in RED BOLD if:
Customer expected date is set before the due date/time:

If there is a conflict that the due date will not meet the customers expected date, it will flag in RED.
Once the conflict has been resolved the date will show in BOLD BLACK. The RED is to indicate to the Planner/schedulers that the date needs to be reviewed.
