On the All Jobs Board, Pre-Production Board and the Production Board, we can display a job price ‘range’ or the actual job price in a hover over modal. This can be used to help determine job priority.
The ‘Job Value’ depicted on the hover over job numbers on the above boards display ‘Low’, ‘Medium’ or ‘High’ depending on the value of the Job.
This can also be configured to bring the Retail price from the quote linked to the job.
DISPLAY PRICE RANGE
Using a price range option, we show either Low, Medium or High. This can be used when you do not want the job's cost to be visible to staff on the factory floor:
DISPLAY ACTUAL PRICE
You can also select to show the actual job price to bring the Retail price from the quote linked to the job:
The setting is always one or the other. Changing the setting must be done by IQ staff.

The price is taken from the Quote and does not include any ‘Extras’ that have been subsequently added to the job.
The ‘Low’, ‘Medium’, and ‘High’ threshold values default to:
up to $499.99 for Low
up to $999.99 for Medium and
$1000 or more for High value
These can be updated directly in SQL to values more suitable if required.
**The $ value set against each option (Low, Medium, High) is a database setting that must be configured by IQ staff.
Please contact your Service Delivery representative to configure.
