Adding a Split Delivery to an Order

Adding a Split Delivery to an Order

HOW TO ADD A SPLIT DELIVERY

Split deliveries can only be added to a job when quoting under ‘Advanced’ or ‘Custom’ quoting.

In this example, I am quoting x1000 letterheads and want to send x500 to one address and the other x500 to another. Price the job as per normal custom quote and click proceed.

On the ‘Order Details’ page, in the Freight section click ‘Multiple.

Complete the address details for your first quantity. Here I have entered address details for the first delivery quantity of 500. Enter the units in the delivery quantity section and click Add Delivery. This now shows the first 500 and the delivery method and address. The delivery quantity entry has a counter showing how many units are still to be allocated.

Click the bubble next to the delivery method to open the delivery notes and add any notes about the pickup.

Once all the units have been allocated to a delivery method you can proceed with the quote.

Once the quote is generated the first delivery will show and the other deliveries can be accessed under the View Other deliveries link.

In the job details the separate deliveries and delivery notes can be seen.
