Major version upgrades - Clear your browser cache files and images
After a major version upgrade, it is important to clear your internet browsers cached files and images.
Failing to do so, may result in some features seeming not to work, but they infact do and it is old files and images sorted in your internet broswer.
Please follow the instructions, dependant on which internet browser you use;
Clear Files and Images Google Chrome:
Click on the 3 dots top right of the internet browser and choose Settings:
In settings under Privacy and security choose Clear Browsing Data:

Clear Cached Web Content Mozilla:
In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click and select .
- Select the panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
Clear Cache Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
Clear Cache Safari
- Select the first item "Safari" in the main menu and from the drop-down the item "Preferences..."
- A popup opens. Click on the tab "Advanced".
- Check the option "Show Develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom. Now you should see a new menu item in the main menu named "Develop".
- If you click on the menu item "Develop" you can select "Empty Caches" from the submenu items.
- Reload the site.
