CHILI - re-order a CHILI product

CHILI - re-order a CHILI product

Previously ordered CHILI products loose their connection when attempting the standard Reorder Item function.

Instead, from the Orders screen, select the Quote number of the CHILI product you wish to reorder.

From the Quote Details screen, select the 'pencil' icon and Edit Product.

The previously ordered CHILI document will be presented with all variables intact. Edit the variables required, then Save the document. Proceed to Complete Order. You will be presented with a pop-up to confirm.

You will have the same, previous Quote number, but a new Order Number.
