How to Export Customer/Suppliers

Managing bulk updates is in Admin > Customers > View Customers.
Show filters on the top right hand side of the screen under your username.
Choose the ‘Site’ the information you need is linked to if applicable
Choose the ‘Type’ whether it be Customer/Supplier/ Freight Company/ Lead which you want to
updated
Choose ‘Groups’ if applicable.
Once you have selected the filters you require, from the Activity bar you can choose what you would like to export; Contacts/ Addresses/ Customers/ Sales Order Forms.
**You can choose to tick the ‘Active Only’ box to only export active details.
How to update via exported files
For example:
If we want to update the Customer’s Account Manager. Choose the customers tab which will automatically start an export of a CSV file.
Open the downloaded file and edit the ‘Account Manager’ column.
After you have made the required changes, save the updated CSV file into your documents.
From the menu bar go to Admin > Customers > Bulk Customer Upload.
In the Customer Upload screen, choose the option ‘Customer Bulk Upload’, make sure it relates to the correct ‘Site’ and ‘Customer Type’.
Choose the updated file from your documents.
Then click on the ‘Create and Update Customers’
You can then go back into the customer details and see the update.
