BANQUEST - Ability to process a credit card return (USA)
Processing a refund is a 2 stop process. First, you need to
locate the transaction you want to refund, and from there you can do the
refund.
To locate the transaction, use the search tab to search for
the transaction, using the last 4 digits of the credit card, or any other
information that was entered along with the transaction, such as the
cardholder name, and click "find".
Next, click on the "details" button near the
desired transaction.
Once you are in the details of the transaction, use the
"Quick Credit" box to refund the transaction.
